It is very easy to have eventually collections that house 300-500 egg cups because they are so small when you buy them but the numbers really add up! later as you decide to only collect certain styles or certain manufacturers you may want ot need to seel off part of your collection. But with prices rising in this hobby you may find your collection begins to pay for itself. Of course most collectors don't care about the money part since it becomes more of a passion but the monet part never hurts either. But just be sure you have a good education in pocillovy when you do start to get into the antique egg cups because you don't want to be parted from your hard aned money.

Collecting egg cups can be an interesting and rewarding hobby. And since egg cups can be made on wood, silver, china, porcelain, ceramic, earthenware or plastic and come in a variety of sizes and shapes you can find something unique to collect no matter where you are. And I'm sure you will enjoy being a pocillovist and you may even build up a valuable egg cup collection in the bargain.
